Holy shit, you guys came through.

After my first ask got only two responses, I adjusted my approach and asked for just ONE thing that worked in 2025.

The floodgates opened.

I received dozens of thoughtful, vulnerable, honest responses about what actually worked this year. Short ones. Long ones. Stories of triumph and stories of struggle.

Some of you shared massive wins. Others shared painful lessons. Many of you shared both.

Every single response mattered. Every story contributed to something bigger than any individual experience.

I'm currently working through all of it—reading, reflecting, identifying the patterns and themes that emerged across your collective wisdom.

And here's what I'm planning: a four-part series during the Christmas to New Year's window. Four posts, each diving deep into one major theme that dominated your responses.
